Who we are

Vibepins is run by Moosov OÜ (registry code 12212138), Telliskivi 60a, Tallinn, Estonia. Moosov OÜ is responsible for the data described here.

What we collect when you browse

• A random visitor ID in a cookie called vp_vid, kept for one year. It remembers what you saved and lets us count visitors without knowing who you are.
• What you do on the site, linked to that ID: visits, opened pins, saves, copied prompts, opened live builds and shares. No names, no emails.
• Small settings in your browser, such as whether you closed the intro. These never leave your device.

Our database does not store your IP address. The server that runs the site may keep standard access logs for a short time to keep it secure.

Google Analytics, only with your consent

We load Google Tag Manager and use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and builds people use. Until you press Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets no cookies (Google Consent Mode). Your choice is kept for one year in a cookie called vp_consent.

• What it collects: pages viewed, actions such as saves, copied prompts and shares, roughly where you are (country, city), device, browser and the site that sent you. A random ID in the _ga cookies tells repeat visits apart.
• IP addresses: Google Analytics 4 does not log or store them. For EU visitors the data is collected on EU servers before it is sent on to Google.
• How long: Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
• Who: Google Ireland Ltd processes this data for us under its data processing terms. It may be transferred to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We never turn on advertising features: no ad cookies, no ad personalisation.

What we collect when you write to us

If you claim a profile or ask us to remove a pin, we keep what you type in the form, including your email if you give it. We use it only to handle your request.

The builds on Vibepins

Pins link to work that was already shared in public. For each one we keep the link, a preview image, a short description, the public username of the maker and where we found it. We do not copy or host the build itself. Makers can claim their profile or have any pin removed.

What we do not do

No ads, no selling data, no advertising or social media pixels. Apart from Google Analytics (above, only with consent), we share nothing with third parties. Fonts are served by us.

Your choices

To change your analytics choice, use Cookie settings at the bottom of the menu. Clearing your cookies removes the visitor ID and your saves with it. To have data about you deleted or to ask what we hold, use the request form or write to Moosov OÜ, Telliskivi 60a, Tallinn, Estonia. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
